How Apareto handles the small amount of data this website collects. Plain and honest — in line with how we think about responsible data handling.
01 — What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional organization, the selected inquiry type and your message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) as part of normal hosting operation.
02 — Why we collect it
Contact details are used only to read and respond to your inquiry. Access logs are used to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
03 — Where it is processed
The website is hosted in Europe. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email rather than stored in a public database on the site. Email is handled through our standard business email provider.
04 — Cookies and analytics
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run invasive analytics. WordPress may set essential cookies only if you log in to the site; ordinary visitors are not tracked. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, this page will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out where required.
05 — Your data and how to remove it
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@apareto.eu and we will handle the request. Please avoid sending sensitive data in a first message — we can agree the right process before any data is shared.
RESPONSIBLE BY DEFAULT
Apareto is a European startup for organizations that care about efficiency, control and responsible data handling. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do collect.
